Tehran’s property market witnesses 34% growth in a month

TEHRAN- The number of real estate deals in Iran’s capital city Tehran shows a 34.4 percent rise during the seventh Iranian calendar month of Mehr (September 23-October 22) compared to the same month in the past year, according to a recent report by the Central Bank of Iran (CBI).

The CBI report also indicates that the number of deals in Tehran during the first seven months of this year (March 21-October 22) has risen 6.3 percent compared to the same period of time in the previous year, Tasnim news agency reported.

Meanwhile, house price in Tehran has risen 8.7 percent in Mehr of this year from the same month of the past year.
